Our Story

…a vibrant, international city like Dubai to have plenty of healthy meal options. Instead, I found myself struggling to order food that aligned with my goals. No restaurant provided detailed macro or micronutrient information for their meals, and I was left guessing every time I placed an order.

What’s worse, none of the food delivery apps really cared about customer loyalty or relationship management. As a repeat customer, I wasn’t rewarded for consistently choosing the same restaurants, and I felt zero connection to the brands I ordered from. Food ordering apps were just that—transactional middlemen charging restaurants high commissions (sometimes up to 30%) without building any value for long-term customers.

This is where I realized a gap in the market. What if there was a way to offer healthier meal options while also building real relationships with both customers and restaurants? That’s how Macrovium was born.

At Macrovium, we’re doing things differently. We’re starting with a ghost kitchen that offers fully customizable, macro-optimized meals, so you always know exactly what you’re eating. But the real game-changer comes in how we treat our customers. I’m building Macrovium not just as a food delivery service but as a lifestyle brand that rewards your commitment to your health. Unlike traditional food delivery apps, which survive by taking huge commissions from restaurants, Macrovium will build long-term value through fitness. This way, we don’t have to rely on squeezing restaurants with high fees, and we can create deeper, more meaningful connections with customers.

After 30 years in tech and entrepreneurship, I’m no stranger to building scalable solutions. But Macrovium is personal. It was born from my own frustrations and the desire to build something better—a platform that aligns your fitness goals with your meal choices while rewarding you for your commitment to health.
